We are looking for Helpdesk Support or IT Support or Desktop Supporr specialists. Pay range is form $19-25/hr depending on experience and location. Must have some experience in a Helpdesk role. This is for contract to hire and permanent roles starting immediately. 

We have several roles throughout Houston. When replying indicate which one you're interested with the number:
  1. Helpdesk- in West Houston, 6 months to 4 years of experience and must have great customer service/phone presence. Paying around 45k. Permanent. Schedule is unique: 7 days on then 7 days off.
  2. Application Help desk support- Heights area, 2-5 years of application support and great customer service. About 52k and permanent. Must have great customer service.
  3. Desktop Support in Northwest Houston, temp to hire or perm, 2-5 years of experience. 45k

These jobs have differentSome job duties:
  • Provide on-site and remote support to field offices to resolve technical issue
  • Resolve technical tickets
  • Troubleshoot post deployment issues on multiple computer platforms: Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS
  • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
  • Maintains all electronic equipment including telephones, printers, mailing machines, and all computer equipment
  • Implements and supports third-party software
