Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Business Analyst in support of our industry leading technology development client in Fort Collins, CO. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions.
Works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders - both external and internal to the company - to collect, validate, track and document business activities
Ensure that those activities are reflected correctly in all tools representing all stakeholder workflows
Proactively manages the lifecycle of supplier marketing activities and claims across multiple tools
Performs regular and ad hoc reporting as needed
Effectively manages stakeholder expectations
Assist team members in producing functional requirements for tool development
Manage data and maintain data accuracy between internal and external tools
Answer internal client questions and concerns, via email in a timely manner
Proactively ensure closure and approval of business activities across tools
Participate in the documentation, analysis and validation of business processes, and business data
Communicate with internal and external activity owners as necessary for additional documentation, or instruction on tool usage
Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as necessary
Read, interpret, and apply program guidelines and requirements
Support audit requests
Typically, a Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 0-2 years of related experience
May include highly experienced individuals performing entry-level equivalent work who are non-degreed or degreed in an unrelated field
Attention to detail
Essential: requirements determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, decomposition of high-level information into details; Abstracting low-level information; Distinguishing requests vs. needs; Building relationships and working collaboratively; Effective verbal/written communication
