Your Role as the Customer Service Representative

In this permanent Customer Service Rep role, you will work with a top-notch customer service team in conjuction with the manufacturing team to enter customer orders, respond to emails and phone inquiries, and ensure customer orders from production to shipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Document customer information within computer system
  • Process orders, returns or credits
  • Resolve customer concerns

Background Profile

  • Expertise in customer service and data entry
  • Strong office skills to include email, fax, phone systems, and computer operation
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
