This Inside Sales Representative will be a temporary role designed to support our franchise team with various activities, including:

* Market development in new franchise markets

* Lead generation and prospecting

* Securing sales appointments for developers

* Developing content and delivering Caribou content to partner internal sites

* Researching regional and national chain best practices

* Researching large local companies to prospect breakroom coffee business

* Managing relationships with current customer base

* Help to refine tools to streamline commercial inquiries process
