Job Description

An employer is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Renton, WA area. This representative will be providing emergency roadside assistance for the largest trucking company in the country. This person will be in an inbound call environment and will be helping identify the roadside issue to determine the type of support. This person will then need to understand which team to escalate to and arrange service response through a defined network of service providers. A high sense of urgency is required as these vehicles need to be up and running again within a matter of hours. Job functions will include; identifying which service to deploy, monitoring progress of the assistance, documenting details of each incident, communicate effectively with various team members, establish and assure method of assistance, collect payment, and provide non-emergency service scheduling for trucks and other support for contract maintenance customers.

Job Requirements

High school diploma required
Great customer service skills with proven ability to deal rationally with customers in difficult situations
Strong PC capabilities and ability to ramp up on internal reporting systems
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize
Must be able to work either 2am-10:30am OR 12pm-8:30pm

Bilingual (Spanish or French)
Automotive background
Bachelor's degree
