Hris Analyst
Position Title: HRIS Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Description:
The HRIS Administrator is an essential part of the HR Compensation Team. This individual optimizes the efficiency of the HR systems through planning, implementation, ongoing maintenance, managing new developments, and end-user training.
Act as the lead system administrator by planning, executing, and implementing HRIS projects
Serve as the technical contact by assisting with process enhancement opportunities for platform-related workflows, the testing of system changes, and the integration with other business applications
Oversee and facilitate continuous change management related to implementation, new developments, and integration
Analyze system testing and user feedback
Identify the root cause of issues impacting system functionality and user experience
Support HR functions including people metrics, complex reporting, and predictive analytics
Ensure end users are properly trained for system use and SOPs are updated with current documentation
Act as the liaison between the HRIS vendor and the Human Resources department, as well as other stakeholders
Utilize SQL to build reports and data analytics
Maintain knowledge of current trends, laws, policies, procedures, regulations, and issues affecting the area of expertise
Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field
4+ years of experience with HR systems and human capital management
Excellent SQL knowledge and skillset, certification preferred
Experience implementing Workday preferred
Proficient with Microsoft solutions such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Automate preferred
Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics or equivalent Business Intelligence preferred
