Customer Service Representative - Healthcare

Overview of Responsibilities: Customer Service Reps will be working in a call center type of role where they are answering all inbound calls from patients needing to place orders through Medline for medical supplies. This is a fast paced role as calls go into a queue and are routed to available reps. They may take between 80-100 calls on a daily basis (depending on length of conversation and overall volume of calls for the day). They are not measured on quantity of calls they take but rather quality- are they holding the conversations the correct way, obtaining the information needed, etc.
Their calls will be a mixture, new orders and reorders, general inquiries, and complaints.
