Details for Dispatch and Customer Service Representative:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM
• Pay Rate: $13.50-$14.00 per hour
• This position is contract to hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Dispatch and Customer Service Representative:

• Speak with customers on the phone regarding order details or discrepencies
• Communicate with drivers regarding their location and dispatch drivers where necessary
• Verify product availability on site

Job Requirements for Dispatch and Customer Service Representative:

• Communicate professionally via email and phone
• Utilize Outlook calendar
• Willingness to learn about different products
• Customer service skills
• Preference given to those who have worked in industrial environments previously
