Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a professional and outgoing Customer Service Representative.

This full time, position is based out of St. Cloud, MN.

Job Summary:

Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, provide technical assistance, enter orders, work with sales team, contact customers as needed.

Monday thru Friday 
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
$16 per hour


  • Support customers with product related inquiries
  • Continually maintain Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM) with customer information, new leads, sales tasks, notes and running daily sync
  • Manage incoming phone traffic from internal and external callers
  • Document inquiries and compile content for scripts and procedures
  • Support inside and outside sales representatives
  • Enter sales orders and quotes
  • Greet and assist walk in customers and vendors
  • Create web store user accounts and provide login credentials to customers
  • Monitor sales email accounts

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and provide honest & clear expectations
  • Ensure technical support protocol and responses are consistent as documented
  • Support Finance/Admin department as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Solid business acumen with a professional demeanor
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with QuickBooks, and Salesforce, WordPress, WooCommerce preferred
  • Experience or interest in construction, coatings, and/or paints preferred
  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and work well with coworkers in a team atmosphere
