The B2B Marketing team live at the forefront of our Partner Experience, making sure that our Portfolio of B2B solutions are differentiated and that we have a winning go-to-market strategy. The Global Head of B2B Marketing will drive Company 's B2B Positioning & Messaging, Pricing, Creative Strategy, Content Creation as well as owning the customer lifecycle helping to maximise revenue production and reducing churn. In this role you will be leading the team to both manage existing solutions that have been in the market for a long time as well as bringing new products and features to market, clearly articulating what makes them different so that Partners are compelled to engage and learn more and convert to paying customers.
You will be part of the B2B leadership team and so will actively participate in strategic planning, product decisions, roadmap prioritization working primarily alongside Product, Engineering, Operations, Strategy & Sales Teams. You will dual report into the GM of Hospitality Solutions and the GM of the Media Business and manage a team across Product Marketing, Research & Insights, UX Design and Creative, CRM, Pricing, Content Marketing and Events.
The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader and B2B Enterprise + SMB product marketer with a passion for technology that helps partners succeed while thriving in a fast-paced environment internally.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Drive all aspects of the B2B Marketing plans so that they align with B2B 's Fiscal Planning and quarterly OKR planning processes across all business lines so that you achieve topline revenue impact as well as manage your cost base to achieve our agreed P&L targets.
Play a key role on the leadership team of B2B to help shape the strategy and lead the organization forwards.
Build a marketing plan that amplifies the benefits of Tripadvsior 's ad platform and increases visibility with hotels, restaurants, agencies, brands, industry partners, influencers and others
Lead and build a team accountable for delivering the Product Marketing, Pricing Strategies, Research & Insights, UX Design and Creative, CRM, Content Marketing and Events for the B2B Business.
Distill complex solutions into compelling narratives positioning, value propositions, and category-based stories around new and existing products and lines of business
Work closely with product development, editorial, business development, operations, and sales to proactively assess demand and opportunity for new products and revenue
Build and manage materials critical to sales organization, including pitch materials, category reports, one-sheets, media kit, product updates, case studies, competitive insights, and sizzle reels
Work across the company to ensure our go-to-market rollouts align with global company announcements, strategies, and calendar and advise on adjustments. Manage client engagement across channels (newsletter, industry events, etc)
Lead creative voice (sight, sound, motion) unifying visual language of TA and reinforcing the established strategy and marketing efforts
Implement methods for measuring and reporting on campaign performance including the oversight of in-depth analyses of data and current strategies to drive performance improvements and shape the marketing road maps
What We Seek:
Between +12 years experience in digital advertising or B2B marketing space
Minimum 5 years ' experience marketing to SMB 's and SaS background
