Title:Administrative Assistant
Location:Blaine, MN
Summary:Temp to Hire Vendor & Customer Support in Blaine, MN – Starting at $18.00 – Part Time, 1st Shift (11:00 am to 3:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm), Monday thru Friday

Initially a part time role, the position will transition to full time.

  • Interact with customers
  • Provide quick response time and answers to inquiries
  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Track customer order status
  • Request freight quotes
  • Prepare all paperwork and reports
  • Set up and maintain customer and vendor accounts


  • Personable, attentive, polished demeanor
  • Two years of experience in customer relations and/or supplier negotiation
  • Four year degree or related work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • General proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, and internet
  • Follow the thread to find answers
  • QuickBooks, G-Suite, and SalesForce CRM experience (preferred)

Physical Requirements

  • Sit throughout day
  • Lift 20lbs occasionally
  • Operate all office equipment such as phones, computers, fax machine, etc.
