We are looking for a Scheduler/Service Coordinator.

The Scheduler/Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling Clients and CAREGivers to provide the highest quality service to our Clients, with an emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain Client and CAREGiver schedules in our software system - ClearCare.  
  • Answer incoming calls and converse with prospective CAREGivers and Clients in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Monitor, and log all Client and CAREGiver activity using our software system - ClearCare.
  • This is a full time, in-person position at our office in Mountlake Terrace.
Qualifications
  • High school graduation.
  • Experience with scheduling required.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform duties in a professional office setting.
  • Ability to multi-task quickly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of senior care field is preferred.
Benefits
  • Salary: $37,500 - $42,500, DOE
  • Ability to have instant access to your earned wages between paydays.
