Job Description

CCI Mechanical is a full-service HVAC and Plumbing design/build contractor.  With 300 employees performing the design, fabrication, installation, and service of HVAC, plumbing, process piping and building automation systems we are the leader in our markets.  All preconstruction work is done utilizing BIMCad technologies (CadMech, CadDuct, Revit, Navisworks systems).

We are seeking a Sales Manager to develop and attain service sales goals that fit CCI's strategic and operational goals.  Job responsibilities and oversight include the following:

-Actively pursue and acquire new business through developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

-Ability to present to prospective clients and possess a sound understanding of proposed project plans, specifications and other contractual documents.

-Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.

-Follow-up on customer service issues.  

-Develop annual sales plan.

-Provide written goals and objectives for each sales representative.

-Direct, train, and coach the sales team.

-Responsible for ideas and strategies concerning customer retention.  

Experience Needed for the Job

-Sales experience (5-7 years) and sales supervisory experience (3-5 years).  Industry familiarity is helpful. 

-Experience creating and maintaining operational budgets.

-Strong communication and time management skills. 

-Demonstrated ability to complete initiatives in a timely manner.
