Work you'll do
Lead Business Analysis for Health Care projects and be responsible for conducting requirements gathering and documentation sessions, developing and executing testing protocols (including building test data files) and developing file layout specifications. Perform a lead role in planning, executing or coordinating testing technical assistance and knowledge transfer and performing system implementation activities. Work on HIPAA X12 transactions, specifically 837, 835, 276, 277 and 999 including the preparation and maintenance of trading partner companion guides.

Qualifications
Required:
4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst with demonstrated responsibility for conducting requirements gathering and documentation sessions, developing and executing testing protocols (including building test data files) and developing file layout specifications. at least one (1) year must be working on a health care project 3 years of experience Traceability Matrix Documentation, Use Case Diagrams, GAP Analysis Documentation, Writing Test Cases, Business Requirements Documentation 2 years of experience performing a lead role in planning, executing or coordinating testing technical assistance and knowledge transfer or in performing system implementation activities
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel between 25% to 50%
Desired:
2 years working on HIPAA X12 transactions, specifically 837, 835, 276, 277 and 999 ), including the preparation and maintenance of trading partner companion guides.
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93000 to $155000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
