$30.00 - $35.00/Hour


Freelance Project Manager, 40 hours a week
Hybrid work schedule with ability to work part of the week from home!
Assignment length:  2 years

Immediate need for 2 Creative Project Managers (PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE NOT SEEKING AN IT PM)  to help keep internal creative projects and campaigns on task.  In this role, you will work with our client’s in-house account team and internal creative team to bring projects to life.  Our client is a GLOBAL company with many moving parts.  Each PM will support an Account Director:

  1. One will support the executive suite function
  2. One will support Commercial and R&D

These campaigns are not consumer facing but rather focused on internal, field and partner communications that come in the form of:

  • Town Halls
  • All Employee Meetings
  • Conferences and Congresses and Virtual Meetings
  • Web updates and changes
  • Communication
  • Program launches
  • ETC.

Very fast paced environment where you will be managing schedules, deliverables, status reports and deadlines.  No 2 days are alike so a focused, multi-tasker who can work well in a demanding environment will work best.  Ultimately, this position will keep all the cogs moving along.  Our client’s in-house creative department is a well oiled machine but that’s because EVERY associate does his/her part to keep schedules and deliverables on track executing some amazing and informative print, digital, and multi-media campaigns.   

To be successful in this role, here’s what you need to bring to the table:

  • Degree in Marketing or similar
  • 3-5 Years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Project Manager
  • Knowledge of how the creative process works
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PROJECT
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize and escalate issues as needed
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Savvy with technology as you will be trained on in-house software currently being utilized
