**What is it that we do at Colonial Pipeline Company?**
Colonial Pipeline is the largest refined products pipeline in the United States, transporting more than 100 million gallons or 2.5 million barrels per day. Colonial transports various grades of gasoline, diesel fuel, home heating oil, jet fuel, and fuels for the U.S. military through a pipeline system. **About the Quality Assurance Coordinator Position**
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you are responsible for maintaining and managing a comprehensive Quality Assurance Oversight program that meets industry standards and government regulations. In addition, you will ensure that employees are properly educated on requirements and regulations to deliver product that meets Colonials specifications. You are someone who is detail-oriented and results focused. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring all product specifications are met, and for implementing and maintaining product specifications, QA procedures, and the QA product handling manual to ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry requirements.
**What You Get to Do:**
+ Monitor state and federal regulations that affect product movement.
+ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on fuel specification changes.
+ Create and revise policies, procedures, forms, process control plans and flow charts to enhance the Colonial quality management system.
+ Participate in the Management of Change (MOC) process.
+ Engage stakeholders including Operations, IT, Maintenance, etc. early in project design and keep stakeholders updated through the Front End Loading process to gain alignment and collaboration across the site.
**What You Bring to the Table:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related degree from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education.
+ Ideally, 5+ years of pipeline operations, laboratory and/or refinery experience.
+ Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record to travel up to 30%.
+ Solid understanding of data generated by test methods, and solid experience with a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and MS Office solutions.
+ Experience developing and implementing key quality processes and thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
+ Ability to transfer ownership of quality to all relevant functions.
+ Strong understanding of oil & gas industry and required knowledge of Quality System standards.
+ Ability to build and maintain highly productive working relationships with internal/external parties.
+ Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company's core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments.

+ Ideally, 10+ years of experience of one or a combination of the following: pipeline operations, laboratory or refinery.
+ Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
