NetSuite ERP Administrator- 80K USD- Richmond, VA

Company seeking a NetSuite Operations ERP Analyst to provide data management and end-user support for companywide ERP system. In this cross functional role you will utilize your NetSuite experience to improve inventory, fulfillment and manufacturing in addition to other required duties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a support system to fellow staff members, IT Director to help with data imports, user assistance and training in addition to software/ configuration changes
• Handle all field request from end-users in a timely manner
• Collaborate with staff to analyze operational producers to identify problems and understand requirements
• Develop, test and document system
• Work with functional users and Operations IT staff to problem solve and ensure required documentation is understandable and proper testing is completed
• Detail business process by preparing flow charts and diagrams
• Update and Maintain pertinent system, user guide and training documentation
• Perform all other IT and business analyst duties(NetSuite)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information technology, business/ operation analysis, MIS, Accounting or related field
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite)
• Advanced Excel use
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• High analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills (Patience, diplomacy, respect.. etc)
• Experience with manufacturing warehouse management and fulfillment
