PHYSICIAN OFFICE-Nurse 

The practice is seeking an office nurse to assist with day to day responsibilities of patient care and physician support during office hours. Applicant will utilize the nursing process of planning, implementing, and evaluating as defined by the policies and procedures of the practice. Applicants should be professional, well organized individuals with great communication and nursing skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-    At least 2 years of experience as a nurse

-    Experience administering oral, IM, and SQ medications

-    IV therapy experience is a plus

-    Graduate from an accredited school of nursing/ current state nursing license

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-   Coordinating patient care

-   Comprehensive nursing assessment

-   Patient teaching and/or instructions of medication and disease process

-   Medication administration

-   Patient safety, monitoring, and follow-up
