Staffmark is hiring a Billing Clerk in San Diego-Mira Mesa Area.  

As a Billing Clerk you will be tasked with invoicing and credit memos to customers as well as collection on accounts.



Responsibilities

Reviews all orders to ensure billing is processed accurately and process rebilling
Processes invoices and purchase orders for customer with proprietary portals in timely manner
Processes customer credit card payments and apply payments to outstanding invoice
Processes credit memos for customers
Assists collections team as needed
Other duties as assigned


Required Skills

Strong computer skills: Great Plains experience preferred
Strong customer service and extremely detail oriented


Experience

Minimum of 2 years in billing and collections
