Policy Analyst- Metrics with Security Clearance

GridIron IT is seeking a Metrics Policy Analyst local to Sterling, VA. Active Top Secret Clearance Required Summary: Onsite practitioner responsible for executive and PMO-related support to a small group of senior-level government employees, including at the SES-level. Develops and manages communications and outreach products in both classified and unclassified domains. Develops and coordinates initial policy documents and reports for external audiences – including executive and legislative oversight offices. Develops and coordinates office policies and standard operating procedures. Supports internal research and audit functions in support of the Chief of Staff. Supports onboarding of new government and contract personnel. Assists in meeting coordination, meeting management, and providing executive summaries or detailed notes. Must have strong Microsoft Office, writing, organizational, and communication skills. Must be able to function will minimal guidance and under short timelines. Role Responsibilities: Performance Measurement (Metrics): Onsite practitioner responsible for monitoring program performance and maintaining the client’s operational metrics program. Responsible for pulling, aggregating, and reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics to support executive oversight, trend analysis, and risk management. Must be prepared to brief data and trends to executive oversight boards and senior executives. Responsible for developing metrics-related requirements as part of the program design process. Must have very strong Microsoft Office product skills, especially Excel and potentially PowerBI, with experience in organizing and manipulating simple databases and developing visualizations and graphs. Should have an analytical mindset and good oral communication skills. Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $110,000-140,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
