We are currently seeking Licensed Therapists to join our busy behavioral health facility in San Jose, CA. The Behavioral Health Licensed Therapist is responsible for providing direct behavioral health services in home, clinic, and field settings.
Job Description:
Provide culturally sensitive, client centered individual/group/family counseling/rehabilitation services Develop culturally relevant assessment and treatment plans Facilitate referral linkages to community resources and appropriate agencies, and perform case management services Document and maintain clinical records per appropriate standards and regulations Participate in clinical supervision, consultations and trainings Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field. LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT Two years or more of directly related experience working with refugee, survivors of torture and complex trauma survivors in a clinical setting
