Operator Role:

We're seeking top-notch Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional support.

You will be primarily taking calls for one of our industries; however, you will occasionally still receive calls from other accounts as well to support overflow.

From Medical and Real Estate to Legal & Finance, Tech & Security, Contractors, and Business Services, we're adept at providing seamless support across all industries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers professionally and empathetically to understand their concerns and complaints, adhering to all scripting guidelines.
  2. Provide timely and accurate assistance, addressing customer concerns with efficiency and courtesy.
  3. Take accurate phone messages during customer interactions, ensuring clear and detailed documentation.

Skills:

  1. Empathy and compassion towards customers' situations
  2. Keen attention to detail
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  4. Ability to maintain positivity and patience under pressure
  5. Intermediate to advanced computer skills

Compensation:

At Answering Service Care, we're thrilled to announce our aggressive pay structure. We believe in recognizing and rewarding hard work and dedication. That's why our starting wages are among the best in the industry:

Weekly Direct Deposit

0-4 Months: $1/hr Increase

4-8 Months: $.50/hr Increase

8-12 Months: $.50/hr Increase

1 Year: $.50/hr Increase
