Role Description

The Partner Principal Managing Director (PPMD)/Executive Recruiting Leader leads and drives the comprehensive strategies to identify, attract, engage and hire direct admit Partner, Principal and Managing Director (PPMD) and similar executive level talent for the respective business within US and USI. This role will work closely with key business and talent stakeholders to ensure the Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy is in alignment with business strategy and the broader Talent agenda. The role will manage the recruiting delivery team ensuring successful execution of the defined direct admit PPMD recruiting strategy as well as delivering against demand. PPMD Recruiting Leader will manage and provide guidance to the PPMD Recruiting Managers.

Job Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with Business Recruiting Leaders, PPMD Talent Leaders and business leadership to develop a strategic sourcing and recruiting plan to achieve hiring demand

+ Ensure resources are fully leveraged and optimized across the organization

+ Serve as senior recruiting subject matter expert providing strategic advice/counsel to Talent and business leadership on forward thinking recruiting approaches and processes to help guide and ensure business specific goals are developed and executed

+ Drive strategies and programs to identify and engage top talent in support of Diversity Equity and Inclusion hiring goals

+ Collaborate with recruitment marketing teams to develop creative ways to communicate Deloitte's distinctive employer value proposition to targeted diverse talent communities

+ Identify opportunities to advance Talent Acquisition goals, continually experimenting and influencing new ways of delivering the complete candidate experience

+ Cultivate and leverage talent marketplace insights to provide a point of view to drive decision making on direct admit PPMD Talent Acquisition priorities and execution

+ Partner with Talent and business teams on both operational and strategic priorities, including Talent Matters, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Total Rewards, and Office of Independence

+ Drive and support team collaboration with Candidate Manager teams in the execution of the direct admit PPMD candidate processing and onboarding activities

+ Develop and monitor overall recruiting budget ensuring cost optimization. Work closely with TA Leader and business on business cases for resource and investments to support optimized delivery

+ Effectively coach and mentor team (both inside and outside of direct reports); provide opportunities for collaboration, and professional development to enhance the experiences of the team

+ Ensure national program guidelines and policies are implemented consistently throughout teams

+ Identify networking opportunities to enhance Deloitte brand image and continued professional development

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in business or a related area; minimum 15 years of professional experience

+ Minimum of 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience; Demonstrated experience with hiring of executive level/senior talent in similar professional services type organizations

+ Experience in leading and driving teams in executing a creative, metrics-driven recruiting strategy

+ Ability to work effectively, anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, while managing a flexible workforce to meet the needs of the business/client

+ Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on new ways of bringing a differentiated candidate experience to life

+ Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills needed to counsel and work effectively with senior leaders and executives

+ Strong analytical skills; Ability to balance qualitative and big picture impact alongside quantitative analysis

+ Ability to manage change and ambiguity

+ Strong organizational and process management skills; Comfort managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing within a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment

+ Strong communication (written and verbal) and facilitation skills; ability to develop compelling presentations on strategy and programs

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
