Title: Entry Level Accounts Receivable/B2B Collections

Compensation: $16.50 to $17.00 hr.

Location: Lawrenceville GA Full time /Contract to Hire/Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm

  Kelly Services Inc. is partnering with a global company that is seeking 7 entry level collections representatives with B2B Collections, that bring 1-2 yrs of experience in accounts receivable. Our client is an industry leader with a large footprint within both the U.S. and Internationally. These positions are open due to growth, which means an opportunity for you to further develop your skill set and grow with a solid organization. Our client offers a generous benefits package which includes a 401K company match upon conversion. The successful candidates will be responsible for cash posting and collection on past due accounts, while maintaining good customer service with both new and existing clients. The Collections Specialist will be working in a high volume environment where you must be able to prioritize past due accounts accordingly, apply payments with accuracy and be proficient with 10 key. As part of our commitment to your development, you will also gain exposure in cross functional and process improvement projects, but you can expect your responsibilities to include the following;

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision after training
• A desire to take responsibility and ownership for your accounts
• A drive for continuous learning and self-development
• A strong work ethic, with a high customer service ethic
• A keen eye for detail
• Be self-motivated, eager and follow processes accordingly
  Basic to Intermediate Excel and Reconciliations experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma, Previous Account Receivables experience, Customer Focused, B2B collections, Follow Processes and take direction, 1-2 yrs of Collections experience in a fast paced and high volume environment. Ten Key, and accurate data entry skills. Team and detail oriented, Posses excellent communications both verbal and written, Be in contact with customers through phone and/or email, results oriented and self-motivated. Basic Microsoft Excel experience is required.
