We have a challenging opportunity for an Analyst based in one of our New York area locations.

Job Summary:

The Analyst is responsible for creating complex reporting and visibility solutions. The position is required to have a strong grasp of technology and its place in the business environment, automation techniques and analytical methods/best practices. The position is responsible for delivering deep, actionable insights and influencing business decisions through creation and delivery of story lines, as well as managing ad-hoc requests. Alongside the LEAN Continuous Improvement Team, this position will assist with the development and implementation of improvement plans, controls and strategies used in the US Global Services (USGS) network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain reports, scorecards and dashboards
  • Deep and thorough understanding of complex analytical scenarios
  • Streamline data and information delivery processes through visualization
  • Key influencer to Leadership
  • Work cross functionally to implement operational changes
  • Track and manage performance through analytical techniques and technology
  • Primary point of contact for performance and data inquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years analysis and visualization experience with SQL, Business Objects, Power BI, Excel and similar.

Demonstrated expertise in process automation utilizing tools such as MS Power Platform

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing complex reporting solutions and forecasts
  • Experience in the freight or security transportation business
  • Capability to manage projects with a structured and organized methodology
  • Leader of change
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

  • Ability to initiate activities independently, learn and achieve results
  • Organizational, investigative and time management skills
  • Strong consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
