Your role will involve creating original text and video content, managing posts, and engaging with our followers. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conducting research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
2. Developing and executing a social media strategy that aligns with business objectives.
3. Creating, modifying, publishing, and distributing engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news updates.
4. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
5. Interacting with followers, addressing queries promptly, and monitoring customer reviews.
6. Proposing and implementing new features to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
7. Staying abreast of current technologies, social media trends, and design tools and applications.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager.
2. Hands-on experience in content management.
3. Proficiency in producing creative content (text, images, and videos).
4. Sound knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
5. Familiarity with various online marketing channels.
6. Understanding of web design principles.
7. Exceptional communication skills.
