The Data Entry Clerk will be working Tuesday through Saturday 8AM - 5PM. We are assessing data entry alphanumeric and ten key! The organization has a great vibe, wonderful staff and great reputation.


This Data Entry Specialist would be operating on a long-term temporary-to-full-time basis in the Fresno, California area, so if that fits what you're looking for, contact us! Responsibilities


- Search websites for information


- Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several source


- Audit reports and sheets of data


- Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product


- Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems


- Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete


- Keep records of tasks, files, and progress

- Excellent typing accuracy

- 1+ years of related experience

- Deep understanding of Computer Data Entry

- Perform Data Entry experience preferred

- Typing Data Entry experience

- Command of data entry

- Solid understanding of numeric data entry

- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

- Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
