Job Description:

Team Overview:

The Secured Lending Revenue Horizontal Products Reporting Team is part of the Consumer/GWIM CFO organization. The primary focus of our team is providing centralized finance support to the Consumer and GWIM lending products (Mortgage, Home Equity, Vehicle Lending and Custom Lending). Our team engages with CFO teams and multiple corporate partners to oversee the monthly close process, metric reporting and executive reviews. Our business partners include Line of Business (LOB) / Business Financial Officer (BFO) / Controllers / Enterprise Stress Testing teams / Treasury teams, among others.

Specific Position:

This position's responsibilities include revenue, balances, volumes, and key metric reporting focused on consumer lending (Home Loans, Consumer Vehicle Lending, & GWIM Custom/Securities Based Lending/Margin Lending. The individual will assist in the month end close process by developing variance to forecast analysis and explanations. The individual will assume a lead role in the identification and implementation of process improvement opportunities that will allow us to more efficiently deliver to our stakeholders. Throughout the tenure of the role the teammate should gain knowledge, exposure and acumen to both the businesses but will also gain exposure to all Consumer Lending products supported by the larger team. The teammate will develop business partner relationships with BFOs, Controllers and numerous Central teams, etc. Generally the work routine occurs along the corporate timeline, with ad hoc projects in between.

Preferred Skills:

* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of financial reporting or analysis experience
* Advanced Excel and Data Manipulation
* Strong communication, presentation, analytical and leadership skills
* Strong organizational skills and be able to work independently
* Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and be able to communicate effectively in a matrix organization
* Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Desired:

* Essbase (Smartview) and financial reporting experience
* SQL and/or emerging technologies such as Alteryx/Tableau
* Ability to lead process improvement efforts
