About the Position
Pay rate: $18.00 / hour
Essential Daily Tasks
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing all incoming payments. Daily job duties include:
- Processing daily invoices
- Processing daily credit notes
- Creating billing documents
- Posting customer accounts
- Processing credit card payments
- Producing monthly statements
- Balancing all billing
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior accounts receivable experience preferred
