This Customer Service Position Features:
Immediate opportunity for a Customer Support Representative
Full Time: $14.00 hr.
•Answering product and service issues.
•Provides information about other product and services .
•Opens customer accounts / records account information.
•Resolves customer complaints.
•Identifies root cause of service issues.
•.Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
•Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information..

•Must have 2-5 years of experience
