Primary receipt and initial handling of customer complaints.
Support Membership Team with Tours & Sales
Complete accident/incident reports as needed
Assist in an emergency and/or evacuation situation

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
As needed, assist with general management duties such as covering for MOD shifts, resolving emergencies, etc.
On occasion, assist with other activities such as special events, conference room setup, Kids Klub, etc.
Collect, wash, dry, fold and distribute laundry items as appropriate in a timely manner.
Point of Sale System: Enter any activity/services payments.
Enter membership fees.
Close the system each night and reconcile the POS with the credit card machine, checks and cash Supervise evening Front Desk staff , including , training, work assignment and schedules, etc.
Communicate information and changes to all employees.
Knowledge and Skills:
Previous supervisory experience required.
Requires one (1) year of customer service experience.
CPR certification is required prior to employment.
Previous cash handling experience.
The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
The ability to understand and transmit instructions and perform other duties that require good communication skills to effectively carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form to managers, members, and the general public.
The ability to handle stressful situations and maintain confidentiality.
