Automotive BDC Sales Representative

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Rochester Toyota is seeking to hire MOTIVATED BDC Sales Reps, both full and and part-time. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, goal-driven professionals who are masters at influence, confident, enjoy working on the telephone and enjoy the art of sales.

Rochester Toyota has been family owned and operated since 1974. We are conveniently located in Rochester, NH, which is just a short drive from Dover, Somersworth, Barrington, Berwick and Sanford, Maine. We value our employees and invest in their success.


We offer:

  • $12.00 per hour, plus $15.00 for every appointment that shows, plus $10.00 for every appointment that is sold. Paid Weekly.
  • Bonuses are based on the entire department's amount of appointments made and the amount of sales attributed to the BDC Dept. The more the entire department appoints and sells, the higher the bonus. This is paid monthly.
  • All combined = excellent income potential.
  • Medical and Dental for full time employees only
  • 401(k) Plan for full time employees only
  • Paid vacation for full time employees only


Description - BDC Sales Representative:

This position responds to internet and phone inquiries from potential customers looking primarily for price, payments, and availability. You will identify their needs, answer their questions in a pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability. YOUR PRIMARY FUNCTION IS TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS for customers to visit our dealership so that we can sell and deliver them a vehicle.

Responsibilities - BDC Sales Representative:

  • Learn about the Toyota products
  • Respond to internet and phone inquiries and follow up on all non-appointed inquires by phone, email or text
  • Make 100 outbound calls per day
  • Schedule 3 appointments that show per day
  • Be enthusiastic on the phone
  • Above all MAKE APPOINTMENTS
