Availability Requirements for this position-

Must be available at least 40 hours a week till October 1st.
Must be available at least 8.5 hours per day between 11 am-11 pm Monday - Friday, including Mondays and Fridays (AZ time)
Must be available Saturday or Sunday for 10 hours between 11 am-11 pm (AZ time)
Training Requirements for this position-
100% attendance is required for the first 90 days of employment.
Orientation - March 12th & March 15th @ 4 pm-6 pm (AZ time)
Educational period begins - Week of March 19th Monday-Friday @ 5 pm-10 pm (AZ time) for 3 weeks.
Must be available to work Holidays.
Our state-of-the-art Call Center provides a variety of in-bound call support. Call center team members take back-to-back, incoming customer calls handling and determining a resolution to escalated calls during their rental.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a sense of urgency by identifying the problem, selecting and dispatching appropriate repair services.
- Rationalize certain situations and make decisions based on reason and best judgment. Comprehension of policy and procedures will play a critical role in performance of these expectations.
- Adding details and maintaining essential documentation for all rental contracts.
- Your primary job responsibility is to diagnose mechanical issues and arrange service for the customer that will be time sensitive. This will include walking the customer through mechanical complications over the phone, and explaining technical assistance in a way the customer will understand.

This position prefers an individual that is mechanically inclined or has a general knowledge of mechanical and automotive skills.
A non-wireless USB headset with microphone. A USB headset means that the headset must plug into the computer using a USB port. A headset that plugs into the headset and microphone jack is not allowed because it is not compatible.
Internet requirements: Broadband/high speed internet with at least 2MB upload and 5MB download with a ping below 70. 5MB upload and 10MB download is preferred for a better experience.
Computer requirements: Windows 7, 8 or 10 is preferred. At least 8G of RAM, 5GB of hard disc space available and a processor with a score of 2500 or greater. Windows 7, 8 or 10 is preferred. A Mac is permitted if it meets all other requirements and you are proficient using a Mac OS. Due to compatibility a Mac may not be allowed for some positions.
To check your computer memory and obtain the name of your processor you can do the following:
Windows Operating System:
- Press the windows key (key with the windows symbol) and the "R" key on your keyboard at the same time to launch the Run prompt.
- Type dxdiag and click OK.
- Click No for prompt to check if drivers are digitally signed.
Mac Operating System:
- Open Apple menu and click About This Mac.
- Click System Report.
To find your processor score go to this website and type the name of your processor in the space provided (do not copy/paste). Your processor must have a score of 2500 or greater to be compatible.
Anti-Virus/ PCI (Payment Card Industry) requirement: Install/use the Company provided anti-virus software. May not have any other anti-virus programs installed/running other than the Company provided anti-virus software.
