Who YOU are:
You're an experienced Operations Leader with a passion for Behavioral Health and recovery. You bring regional leadership experience, overseeing multiple programs within an assigned region. You manage clinical program objectives, quality care, mutually supportive County and State relationships, and budgetary expectations.
Leveraging your operational and cross-functional expertise, you will partner with the Program Administrators within your region, enhancing clinical quality and efforts that support Telecare's strategic priorities and are innovative. This position's Southern California region currently includes (3) programs in Long Beach, (1) in Bellflower, (1) in Bakersfield and (1) in Ridgecrest.

You understand mental health and co-occurring disorders and have labor relations experience. Most importantly you connect with Telecare's Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS), an innovative recovery framework that incorporates the latest research and evidence-based practices. The RCCS emphasizes awakening hope in the individuals we serve and supporting and enlivening their recovery journey. The RCCSl incorporates such approaches as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), harm reduction, and other best practice interventions.

What you will do:
You will effectively establish objectives and provide supervision to the Program Administrators and develop communication between your leaders and the Senior Vice Presidents of Operations.

You will monitor the county contract and financial performance of each program and share your findings with the Vice President of Operations. You will ensure that Telecare is compliant with all regulatory bodies and is consistent with quality improvement. You will do all of these things while seeking and valuing input and feedback from others.
