Patient Engagement & Front Desk: Handle front desk operations, warmly welcome patients, handle check-in/out, and process payments accurately.
Communication: Serve as the primary contact for phone calls and emails; manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries professionally.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate logs (calls, payments, prescriptions), manage email correspondence, organize patient records (paper/digital), and perform data entry.
Transcription: Accurately transcribe detailed, hand-written clinical notes into digital format (requires precision; training provided).
Liaison: Act as a communication link between patients, practitioner, and lab staff. Assist with basic administrative tasks for orthotic orders.
