Chemist - Conduct research, analysis, synthesis and experimentation on chemical compounds for purposes of developing new processes, compounds, and analytical techniques (Process Chemists, Hazardous Materials Chemists, Geochemists).

Disposition Specialist ? Disposition Specialist tasks include material acceptance, characterization and disposal request preparation. Additional responsibilities include managing Clean Sweep projects, operating recycle center, compliantly managing RCRA, TSCA, and LLW areas, assisting generators with material disposition determinations including excess, recycle, sanitary, LLW, universal, and mixed waste. Will include DOT determination classifications and packaging of hazardous materials for transport. Must be knowledgeable of DOT, environmental, property, material disposition, radiological, and waste management regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include coordination with support organizations and labor resources to disposition all material types including providing subject matter expertise to disposition these materials. Additional responsibilities include management and operation of the Destruction and Recycle Facility for the destruction of security sensitive media. Must meet Hazwoper requirements.

Environmental Scientist - Use knowledge of principles and concepts of various scientific and engineering disciplines to develop methods of studying the environment or abating or controlling sources of environmental pollutants (Meteorologists, Oceanographers, Soil Scientists, Range Managers, and Ecologists).

Geologist - Study the composition, structure, and physical and biological history of the earth's crust. Apply knowledge of chemistry, physics, biology, hydrology, and mathematics to explain these phenomena and to help locate mineral, geothermal, and petroleum deposits and underground water resources in order to track their movement (Hydrologists, Hydrogeologists, and Seismologists).
