HR Systems Analyst

The Human Resources Systems Analyst will primarily provide support of our HRIS system and applications by providing both technical & end user support. This position will support other HRIS improvements and processes implementations. This individual will leverage their expertise to contribute and support all aspects of HRIS needs ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for application upgrades, enhancements, implementations, testing, issue resolution and other technical projects as assigned.
  • Create, maintain, and support ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Perform audit reports to analyze data to ensure accuracy and compliance of data among all applications in an effort to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in review, development and maintenance of user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training materials for new or updated HR system functionality.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of analytical tools in line with business needs, enhance and update HR metrics and dashboards.
  • In collaboration with the HRIS Supervisor, provide analysis and data interpretation in an effort to support business and talent objectives.
  • Support the annual open enrollment and merit eComp processes.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of all HR related technology.
  • Demonstrates commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HRIS administration, HR metrics reporting and data analysis preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Access with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed. Knowledge of Excel and its advanced functions is required
  • Solid knowledge and experience of ADP's Enterprise system, Time & Attendance, Recruitment Management, Self Service Portal, Reporting and performance management applications.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and BI software
  • Candidate must possess a strong understanding of HR processes and data management along with strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
