KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: ? Accountable for calendar entries input correctly into the system, including linking appropriate documentation from the DMS. Accountable for making accurate decisions about whether to escalate when an irregularity occurs. ? Ensures that calendar entries and related questions are prioritized appropriately and completed in a timely fashion with minimal errors. ? Accountable for accurately responding to questions and identifying problems in calendar entries informed by a thorough understanding of the rules of civil procedure and other relevant rules in applicable jurisdictions. ? Accountable for clear communication, prompt response, and excellent service toward attorneys and staff at all levels in assisting with calendar requests and related questions. ? Ensures accurate information is shared with internal customers about the roles of various firm administrative departments.

Job Requirements

? Demonstrated familiarity with CompuLaw or other calendar/docketing tools. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word. ? Demonstrated ability to: o organize and prioritize numerous tasks o address tasks in a logical sequence and o minimize errors while maintaining quick turnaround times ? Demonstrated ability to communicate with and effectively follow the direction of a diverse group of attorneys and staff, and to provide good customer service to all levels of an organization. ? Demonstrated familiarity with basic elements of law firm structure and administration ? Demonstrated, basic familiarity with the Rules of Civil Procedure for State and Federal courts in the United States. BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: ? Solution Orientation and Problem Solving o Demonstrated ability to routinely solve problems associated with daily support work, such as errors in process steps, or deviations from standard protocols.
