Administrative Assistant (Journeyman)
provide executive assistance to the Program Executive Office Enterprise
Information System (PEO EIS), Product Director Army Human Resource Systems (PD
AHRS) Project Manager (PM) and Deputy Project Manager (DPM).
for handling all administrative functions:
Travel System entry
coordination and support
input and slides for Battle Books
presentation Read Ahead and ensure timeliness
calendar requirements daily and update briefing folders for next day
packages for review that are briefs or any other material that must be staffed
through the PMO and/or coordination with PEO or PD AHRS as necessary for
memos, letters, reports, spreadsheets as required
and assist in development/revision of SOPs
duties as assigned
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily.)
Degree required and 3 years of experience
years related experience may be used in lieu of degree
years of experience in MS office products, word processing, graphics, desktop
publishing, editing and coordination
communications skills (both written and oral)
customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
to listen and understand what is being described by the end user as well as the
ability to explain problem resolutions when necessary
and maintain a valid state operator's license
to work independently without direct supervision or guidance
to occasionally work after hours and/or on-call support
