Communicating with AVP's through C-level executives, the Senior Project Manager manages projects and/or programs, developing project schedules, project plans and all supporting documents to ensure program/project is delivered within scope, schedule, cost, and specifications and to the satisfaction of stakeholders and sponsors. Leads and influences project sponsors & stakeholders and the core project team members in the successful completion/implementation of projects as defined by the project's business case.Responsibilities
Support change management at the organizational level, coordinating efforts with the Change Management Center of Excellence, other Change Practitioners, change-enabling roles of a project manager, project team and SMEs Skills ADKAR or other Change Methodology
