We are looking for Organizational Change Management Process Team Lead!
The Change Management Process Team Lead will be accountable for utilizing leading practices to support the development, build, test and deploy the ERP solution of the future for the company. The Change Management Project Team Lead will work with an ERP system integration partner team (which will consist of their Change Management experts) to deliver change management, organization design and governance, culture and technology adoption solutions that will enable the success of the company’s transformation goals. The Change Management Process Team Lead will use data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting an organization’s ability to reach its strategic objectives.
Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:
•Apply System Integrator tools and frameworks to support improved future-state organizational design and alignment
•Develop and execute communication plans
•Draft job descriptions and profiles that are legally defensible and that may include job responsibilities and tasks, accountabilities, and competency definitions and matrices
•Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change
•Define activities to support change and transition initiatives
•Develop and deploy user adoption/training programs to support technology implementations
•Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
•Embrace and comply with solution governance and methodology.
Works in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility. The noise level in the office is quiet. Extended travel to plants for fit workshops, integration and deployment execution is required.
•Minimum of 5 years implementing project, programs or change efforts using a structured, disciplined approach
•Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing people
•Understanding of the Food Industry
•Project / Program Management certification is a plus
•Bachelor’s Degree, in: Business Administration, Communications, Organizational development, Education, Human Resources or other related area
•Strong understanding and experience with Change Management concepts.
•Strong organizational / Project Management skills with proven experience of delivering quality outcomes, on time and with full transparency of Risks, Issue and Assumptions
•Expert engagement and communication skills, with proven ability to create clear and concise messages for multitude of stakeholders
•Experience in organizing, leading and chairing large scale meetings, forums and workshops with a diverse group of individuals
•Strong stakeholder management with ability to anticipate stakeholders needs and address accordingly
•Strong interpersonal skills able to build relationships quickly and to influence at a all levels of the organization and the program
•Strong People Management skills, able to drive a high performing team to not just deliver but to develop and grow
•Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform both Readiness Position and Sustainment
•Self-starter, able to work well with others, and on own initiative, to successfully drive through ambiguity keeping the customer at the heart
•Ability to work in partnership with a number of consulting partners and contractors maintaining and growing a ‘one team’ ethos mentality
•Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
•Ability to take a long-term perspective, yet understand the “devil in the details”
•Ability to lead team discussions, solicit input and facilitate decisions in a professional manner.
•Ability to multi-task and organize effectively to meet users' expectations while working as part of a larger team.
•Great organization and time management skills with the desire to complete projects on time.

•Directly supervises one or more team members on the Change Management Team and responsible for the overall leadership, coordination and results of the transformational change. Supervisory responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, appraising and terminating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
