Summary of Position Requirements

Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supply chain documents, information and tracking with trade partners to ensure materials are secured for Lennar jobs.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and distribute daily a tracking system to monitor product orders, receipts and inventory levels with trade partners
  • Communicate current forecasts to regularly update trade partners on volume expectations and planning
  • Update Construction Management Team and Level Scheduling Team with new anticipated install dates for any product delays
  • Perform site visits to trade partner warehouses to periodically monitor product inventory levels
  • Work with division associates to verify products dedicated to Lennar are making to Lennar jobsites.
  • Ensure the adherence of procedures to inventory and utilize material safety stock
  • Alert management of any supply chain challenges and provide recommended solutions
  • Any other duties assigned by management


Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years office experience required
  • Valid Drivers license with a good driving record
  • Valid auto insurance coverage
  • Computer literate with the ability to work in JD Edwards, Windows, Excel and Word
  • Professionally perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
  • Good writing and organization skills
  • Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyalty with a high sense of urgency
  • Team player with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities to lead and motive associates and trade partners
