TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER FLSA: Exempt Location: Mesa AZJOB DESCRIPTIONThe Technical Sales Manager will develop, plan, and execute on new business opportunities together with the Sales Team (incl. Reps) and the Product Manager. This role oversees the development process of space and missiles products, including planning, qualification, and marketing activities. He or she will be responsible for ongoing management of space and missiles products and will support development of product road maps, as well as key characteristics associated with brand development.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Establish, develop, and maintain business relationship with current and prospective customers to generate new business Provide or obtain technical support to find, develop, track, and close on new designs for space and missiles products in all appropriate applications Develop and follow up written proposals and quotations for the current and prospective customers in liaison with the sales team Organize and join customer visits for prospective customers in partnership with the Sales Team, application engineers, and product managers to maximize product promotion and design-in opportunities Attend industry conferences in support of business opportunities Coordinate closely with sales and applications team to identify key sales targets in support of business development initiatives at key accounts and prospective customers Devise pricing strategies for the assigned market segment(s) Support key programs from beginning to end Listen to and understand customer feedback, and respond to product suggestions Collaborate with marketing communications to develop marketing and PR campaigns Remain abreast of the latest industry trends and technology Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with customers, team members, other departments, upper management in support program management activities Ability to understand and communicate technical a
