Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Details
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture preferred
Knowledge of local, state and federal permitting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
Ability to travel up to 10% of time.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic team environment with positive team oriented attitude.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years of community development experience with at least 3 years managing small, medium and large scale projects with exposure to scheduling, estimating, project management, contract negotiations and administration, acquisition due-diligence, entitlements and permitting, land planning, architectural design, budget development and management and development of staff.
