Bilingual(Spanish) Customer Service Representative Opportunities! Robert Half OfficeTeam is on the hunt for several highly-skilled, articulate, and friendly bilingual customer service representatives to work at one of America's finest early education providers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for parents, resolving family issues, questions, and concerns. The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service experience through every medium from phone to email. This is a fun and fulfilling position that is perfect for those passionate about family, teamwork, and customer service. The role requires exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish and the ability to listen and empathize with each and every parent/guardian. Building relationships through open and interactive communication ? Actively listening and empathizing with every customer ? Receiving and placing telephone calls in an efficient but personalized manner ? Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies ? Using critical thinking to provide answers and solutions ? Effectively using chat, email, social media and phones to provide service ? Partnering with other teams (both NSC and the field) as needed to resolve concerns Using open dialogue and team collaboration to best resolve questions and concerns

Job Requirements

- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired - Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems - Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills - Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks - Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods - Excellent computer skills - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - Customer service experience - Comprehensive knowledge of data entry - Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing - Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external - Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement If you are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer you interact with and are a customer service 'champion', we want to hear from you.
