Primary Responsibilities Include: Greeting clients and guests. Routing/transferring calls. Heavy email correspondence. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Answering incoming calls. Scheduling meetings for management. Preparing and coordinating office files. Basic clerical tasks, filing, data entry and operating office equipment (fax, scanner and printer). Ability to work with management and communicate regularly with staff.
Education/ Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish, and at least 4 years of customer service or administrate/receptionist support. Office hours are 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, with an option of an alternative shift.
