At Regions, the Treasury Management Product Manager is the line of business owner and subject matter expert for multiple or the most complex treasury management products or services. The Product Manager assists and may lead in product or enhancement development, and the development, execution and tracking of marketing or line of business programs for a specific product or product line by collecting, analyzing, reporting marketing and sales performance data.
+ Key line of business product owner and subject matter expert
+ Coordinates consideration of new product development or enhancement of existing products
+ Analyzes sales information, projections, and other meaningful data and prepares forecasts on market evolution and company products
+ Coordinates promotions and advertising efforts of products or brands under his/her responsibility
+ Provides short term and long term strategic direction
+ Recommends marketing strategies including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development
+ Works with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies to identify opportunities
+ May review business competitive data, coordinate development of management reporting and manage appropriate pricing grids
+ Prepares and conducts product training as needed
+ Provides Geography support as needed
+ Determines marketing and business segments' objectives and recommends strategies, including advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future development of multiple or most complex products
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Ten (10) years of treasury management, market research, project management, ebusiness, product development or marketing
+ Ability to handle complex marketing issues or products
+ Great leadership skills
+ Detail oriented
+ Good communication and organizational skills
+ Bachelor's degree
Qualified candidates may be eligible for a remote/hybrid work schedule.
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
