Solar Regional Install Manager
Blue Raven Solar is seeking a Regional Install Manager to manage crews on solar installation projects for our market in the Spokane Washington region. They will be responsible for leading our teams in the installation of grid-tied solar PV systems and for communicating job status data to management on a consistent basis. Candidates for this position should be reliable, able to lead others, be highly skilled and experienced in residential PV installation, and place a high value on quality work. Regional Installation Managers are Blue Raven Solar management in the field, and have a high level of responsibility placed on their shoulders.
Compensation:
- $65-80k salaried, depending on experience, plus a per panel bonus

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and technical expertise for the PV installation crews
- Communicate the necessary job status information to the project management team to assure the successful operation of complete and working systems
- Lead efforts for safe working practices for entire installation team
- Perform mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment along with the wiring of solar array (AC and DC)
- Document completion of each installation with pictures
Qualifications:
- Residential solar installation (3+ years) or construction experience (4+ years)
- Electrical experience (state license preferred but not required)
- Construction management experience
- OSHA 10 or higher
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
