Sales Administrator II
Duties and Responsibilities
Builds and fosters customer relationships
Administers and coordinates customer order and account management support activities. Includes but is not limited to processing customer-s requests for price and availability, order management through established contract review process and communicate scheduled information.
Responsible for auditing customer-s orders for price, quantity, delivery, revision level and quality requirements. Communicate with customer to resolve any issues.
Reviews and interprets governmental regulations and other procurement requirements
Acts as the primary point of contact (internal/external) for all contractual matters on assigned contracts.
Coordinate and document conference calls.
Support Preliminary Design Review & Critical Design Review Preparation between engineering and sales
Support Customer Visits
Tracks order activity, works with appropriate staff and alerts customers of potential delivery delays.
Experience interfacing with customers in a manufacturing environment
3 - 5 years Inside Sales/ Customer Service experience
MS Office Knowledge
Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and communicate effectively to the various departments within the organization as well as to customers
Must be able to manage multiple projects efficiently, accurately and to prioritize deliverable's to consistently meet contractual requirements.
Familiarity with U.S Government regulations (FAR/DFAR, Export Compliance, BIS, ITAR) a plus
