If you are located in within 50 miles on Minnetonka, MN, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain pre-existing vendor information in PeopleSoft Financials
  • Liaise with Enterprise Sourcing and Procurement Operations team
  • Communicate with internal and external customers
  • Apply knowledge to a range of moderately complex Accounts Payable related activities
  • Prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Verify all transactions comply with the established financial policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or 3+ years of experience in business/finance analysis collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations to management
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes. Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills 
  • Fully conversant with all AP processes, procedures, and standards
  • Must live within 50 miles of Minnetonka, MN (Remote, but team member will be required to report to the office, periodically)
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, in accounting 
  • Experience with 1099 reporting
  • Excellent understanding of PeopleSoft Financials and Concur Invoice systems
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service responsiveness
